“Our inspiration was taken from a villa that you might find in Ibiza. It needed a feeling of jetset glamour but not done in a current way. My muse for who was going to live here was Jade Jagger who encapsulates a Mediterranean, island-life style. These townhomes are very sexy and very glamorous, but still authentic and very livable. There’s a real romance to Elwood. Living by the beach, having early morning walks and sunset walks. It’s romantic!”.
