A heady and surreal tropical modernism showroom for Artedomus Brisbane.

Artedomus’ new Brisbane showroom is a surreal and sensual tropical heaven inspired by the glamour
and euphoria of 1980s Miami.
The showroom is a breath of fresh tropical air, showcasing Artedomus products in an
aspirational and interactive environment.
“Australia does tropical design beautifully, so we needed to go above and beyond to deliver the
unexpected to Artedomus clients,” says Hana Hakim, founder of The Stella Collective. Hakim and
Coward looked to the bygone era of Miami and the famous Fontainebleau and Eden Rock hotels to
create a unique and powerful narrative for Artedomus’ Brisbane showroom. This is the third
Artedomus showroom the pair have designed (following Sydney and Melbourne), and they wanted to
cultivate a new aesthetic suited to Brisbane’s subtropical climate.
The 600-square-metre showroom is located in a large warehouse in Fortitude Valley where its high
ceilings and natural light provide the perfect backdrop for showcasing the beauty of Artedomus stone,
tiles, architectural surfaces, bathware and furniture.
